Access and Usage
- Course content can be accessed either through our app live or via Zoom live sessions.
- Links to access courses will be shared via email or user can access course in the app which ever option is provided during signup.
- Course materials shall not be screen-recorded.
- All courses are live and not pre-recorded videos.
- Course recordings will be provided and monitored. Any unauthorized distribution or screen-recording of course content will result in termination of access.
User Responsibilities
- Users are expected to behave respectfully towards others on the platform.
- Any abusive behavior towards others will result in immediate termination of access.
Account Creation and Security
- Accounts cannot be shared with others.
- Logging in from more than two devices (e.g., mobile and PC) simultaneously is not permitted.
Payment Terms
- Course payments are non-refundable.
- Installment plans are available for some courses to make learning affordable but shell not be misused.
- A penalty of Rs. 1000 will be applicable for late installment payments made after 5 days of installment.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed after enrollment.
- All disputes related to payments or course enrollments will be resolved internally by the team if applicable in rare cases.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Leadtuts owns all rights to course content providedor teached by instructors.
- Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
User-Generated Content
Negative or defamatory content will not be tolerated. Legal action may be taken as per Indian law.
Interactions on the Platform
Users and instructors are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards each other.
